EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS:
Refunds on cancellations made on public programs (whether public or by private engagement) are dependent on date of cancellation. Cancellations made between 0 and 30 days of start date of the program will receive no refund. Cancellations made between 31 and 59 days can receive a refund of 35%. Cancellations made 60 days or more before start date can receive a refund of 90% of regisrtation fees paid.
CONFERENCE:
Cancellations received before December 1st of each year can be refunded minus a $250 managment fee. No refunds for cancellations made after December 1st of each year.
BOOKS AND DVD,S
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided any items returned are in new, unused condition and covers are in their original packaging. Except in the rare case of defective merchandise, all return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
