ASSOCIATE MEMBERS Ariana Strozzi Ariana and Strozzi Ranch faculty offer a unique, somatic approach to human development and learning. To develop self awareness and choice requires working with the whole self (mind/body/spirit). Our EGE program includes this somatic component as well as specific equine experiential activities and facilitation development. Visit www.strozziranch.com for more details. TeachingHorse, LLC We provide leadership development workshops and individual coaching with horses. We offer services at our home sites in both Rogue River, Oregon at Grace Mountain Ranch and in Apex, North Carolina at Centerline Farm. Participants in our workshops experience a new model of leadership based on the skills and abilities that lead mares use to lead their herds. Our clients include business, community and family leaders. We also work with people who want to improve their relationship with their horses. TeachingHorse clients build confidence in their leadership by being:
Confidence in leadership is what makes a herd or a community agile and able to respond to change. Our clients say the work with the horses helped them get clear on what matters most to them and because of that they were able to make better leadership decisions. Many of our clients have said it was the first time they felt truly grounded in years. Visit our website at TeachingHorse.com. Learning what horses can teach us about basic life skills is an interesting and often fun approach to awaken our capacity for authentic empowerment. AIA provides a self-determined place to practice the participant/observer principle. It is a significant opportunity to expand cross species communication while enjoying the healing ambience of Nature. And hovering over all these issues, the deeper questions: Who am I? Where and how do I fit in? Even in the most supportive environment, adolescence is often a tumultuous time. HORSE SENSE for TEENS ™ @ Medicine Horse Ranch is a personal development program for adolescents (ages 12-18) that promotes growth through equine-guided educational exercises. Our experimental program engages participants by offering the opportunity to address personal issues and achieve success in a safe and nurturing environment. Our spirited teaching methodology fundamentally assumes that we each have a unique potential to discover and express this potential.
