Program Logistics

EGE Photo

Valley Ford, Tomales and Bodega Bay are rural towns located approximately 1.5 hours from San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento airports in Marin and Sonoma County.

Travel time from Petaluma to Valley Ford or Tomales is 30 minutes and to Bodega Bay is 40 minutes. Bodega Bay is located 10 minutes west of Valley Ford on the scenic Pacific coast in Sonoma County.

Sonoma County Information
Sonoma County offers a wealth of recreational, shopping, winery tours and beautiful countryside. For full details on Sonoma county please visit their Website at sonomacounty.com.

Airports
San Francisco, Oakland and Sacramento airports are each approximately 1.5 hours from our location in Sonoma County. There is also a small airport, the Santa Rosa Airport (45 minutes) for west coast areas. San Francisco has better airporter options than the other two airports.

Transportation
Bodega Bay and Valley Ford are rural towns; there is no public transportation. You may wish to share a rental car with others. Travel time from Petaluma to Valley Ford approx 30 minutes and to Bodega Bay is 40 minutes. You can either rent a car at the airport or you can take the Airport Express (airportexpressinc.com, 707-837-8700) to Petaluma and then arrange a ride or have the bus driver call you a taxi to take you to your destination.

Recreational Activities
We are located in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Numerous recreational activities abound as well as wonderful destination towns and wineries.

Bodega Bay
Features a beautiful golf range overlooking the ocean. Numerous beaches for wading and surfing grace the coastline, ocean fishing and fine dining overlooking the Bay. Arrival time 10 minutes
