His passion is in working with people on finding their authentic self, re-defining who they want to be and creating the organization and management strategies to get them there. Coberly brings to his EGE work seventeen years of raising youth at Hanna Boys Center and proven success in career planning, life skills coaching, supervisor training, group process, restorative pratices, anger management and his Tim/Teamwork/Trust™ model. In addition to his role at SkyHorse he is Co-Founder and President of the 21st Century Man Organization and is available for custom programs and individual coaching.

Judi graduated as an Equine Guided Educator in July 2008. Prior to that she ran both European IT Projects for a leading Pharmaceutical Company and a Livery Yard in the South of England. She is also a qualified NLP practitioner and Remedial Massage Therapist specialising in Soft Tissue Release techniques.

     She combines her qualifications and skills to bring a series of unique training courses to the UK for both the corporate world and the private individual alike. Judi’s clients are given the opportunity to experience Trust and Leadership and coaching programmes through partnering with horses based on her Farm in the New Forest, England.
