Ariana is a lifelong horsewoman, Master Somatic Coach, Leadership and Business Consultant and has worked with over 5000 people in equine guided activities. As one of the pioneers of EGE she has been teaching new and seasoned professionals how to incorporate horses into their professional offers since 1998.

      The EGE certification program provided through SkyHorse Ranch is relevant for coaches, equestrians, educators, therapists, riding instructors, animal communicators and other individuals interested in learning EGE for personal and/or professional endeavors. Ariana not only offers the EGE certification program, she is also available for coaching and consulting projects on an individual (program dev’t and career planning) and team (veterans, corporate leaders, etc) level.

Rick Coberly specializes in self development strategies for men and women, leaders, teams, social groups, youth at risk, and parents. His passion is in working with people on finding their authentic self, re-defining who they want to be and creating the organization and management strategies to get them there. Coberly brings to his EGE work seventeen years of raising youth at Hanna Boys Center and proven success in career planning, life skills coaching, supervisor training, group process, restorative pratices, anger management and his Tim/Teamwork/Trust™ model. In addition to his role at SkyHorse he is Co-Founder and President of the 21st Century Man Organization and is available for custom programs and individual coaching.

Judi graduated as an Equine Guided Educator in July 2008. Prior to that she ran both European IT Projects for a leading Pharmaceutical Company and a Livery Yard in the South of England. She is also a qualified NLP practitioner and Remedial Massage Therapist specialising in Soft Tissue Release techniques.

     She combines her qualifications and skills to bring a series of unique training courses to the UK for both the corporate world and the private individual alike. Judi’s clients are given the opportunity to experience Trust and Leadership and coaching programmes through partnering with horses based on her Farm in the New Forest, England.

Julie Dempster, sole proprietress of Ike O’ Ka Lio (Knowledge of the Horse)/EGE Northwest, brings together a combined 20+ years of equine and horsemanship experience, self-development training and teaching, as well as a life-long embodied entrepreneurial spirit to offer an unparalleled equine guided learning process.

Combining a fervent understanding for equine communication and the tenant that horses are inherent guides, EGE Northwest’s leadership encounters are offered to youths and adults, alike. One or 2 day courses to 3 or 4 day intensive programs, inspire opportunities to explore new practices for achieving personal and professional goals and to embody such leadership qualities as intention, purpose, and intuition.
